What happens when a divine deity has to answer for past pet neglect? In indie developer Joachim Penon's upcoming action-adventure title ***Amaterasu in Hell***, players step into the glowing sandals of the Japanese sun goddess as she embarks on a guilt-driven rescue mission through the Buddhist underworld.
Your divine objective is to track down the very animals you once mistreated and cast into the shadows. Between harrowing descents into the dark realms, players can decompress in a cavernous hub area to chat and mend relationships with their rescued companions.

- Play as Amaterasu, the Japanese sun goddess
- Explore dark realms inspired by the Buddhist underworld
- Rescue and converse with your former pets
- Unwind between descents in a cozy cavern hub

If you love quirky mythological premises, action-adventure exploration, and games that mix high-stakes descents with downtime relationship-building, this is one indie journey worth keeping on your radar.
