**God Save Birmingham** answers that question with zombies, brutal survival mechanics, and a town where almost everything can become a tool. Set in a meticulously recreated medieval Birmingham, players must scavenge food and water, find shelter, stay warm, and avoid the undead.

The physics-driven sandbox is where things get interesting. Tables can become barricades, barrels can become weapons, and everyday objects can be moved and manipulated to help you survive. Even a simple mistake—like falling from a ledge—can leave you injured.

There’s also a deeper survival layer. Players must manage their health, temperature, hunger, and mental state while developing survival skills and turning abandoned buildings into their own fortified homes.

And for those who don't fancy surviving alone, online co-op is planned for Early Access.
